Ryuusei, known as Ryuusei of the Plague by his teamates, was a ninja from Otagakure and a member of the Sound Six, an elite team of exceptionally dangerous shinobi in the ploy of Orochimaru. Prior to his involvement with Orochimaru and Otagakure he was a notorious jōnin from Kirigakure.
